Application Details
WB: 1/1000-1/5000; IHC: 1/20-1/50
Western blot detection of ITPA in Hela cell lysates using ITPA Rabbit mAb(1:1000 diluted).Predicted band size:22kDa.Observed band size:22kDa.
Immunohistochemistry of Inosine triphosphate pyrophosphatase in paraffin-embedded Human breast cancer tissue using Inosine triphosphate pyrophosphatase Rabbit mAb at dilution 1/50
Swiss-Prot Acc.Q9BY32.Pyrophosphatase that hydrolyzes the non-canonical purine nucleotides inosine triphosphate (ITP), deoxyinosine triphosphate (dITP) as well as 2'-deoxy-N-6-hydroxylaminopurine triposphate (dHAPTP) and xanthosine 5'-triphosphate (XTP) to their respective monophosphate derivatives. The enzyme does not distinguish between the deoxy- and ribose forms. Probably excludes non-canonical purines from RNA and DNA precursor pools, thus preventing their incorporation into RNA and DNA and avoiding chromosomal lesions.
