ICC/IF staining of Chk2 (Phospho-Thr68) in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 14265 (red) at a working dilution of 1/100.HAO1 Monoclonal antibody (green) was diluted at 1:200.
Goat Anti Rabbit Alexa Fluor 647 was diluted at 1:1000. Goat Anti Mouse Alexa Fluor 488 was diluted at 1:1000.
