Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence Histone H3.3 (Phospho-Ser31) antibody (14268)

ICC/IF staining of Histone H3.3 (Phospho-Ser31) in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 14268 at a working dilution of 1/100.Goat Anti Rabbit Alexa Fluor 647 was diluted at 1:1000.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
