Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human colon tissue stained for Carbonic anhydrase 2 using 59506 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence Carbonic anhydrase 2 antibody (59506)

ICC/IF staining of Carbonic anhydrase 2 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 59506 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Essential for bone resorption and osteoclast differentiation (By similarity). Reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. Can hydrates cyanamide to urea. Involved in the regulation of fluid secretion into the anterior chamber of the eye.
