Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue stained for FOXO1 using 59657 at 1/100 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence FOXO1 antibody (59657)

ICC/IF staining of FOXO1 in 293T cells. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100.
Samples were incubated with 59657 at a working dilution of 1/100. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 647 goat anti rabbit, used at a dilution of 1/500.
Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
Transcription factor which acts as a regulator of cell responses to oxidative stress. In the presence of KIRT1, mediates down-regulation of cyclin D1 and up-regulation of CDKN1B levels which are required for cell transition from proliferative growth to quiescence.
